All products sold through ArtoMine are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical items are shipped. Customers purchase access to downloadable digital files that can be saved to their devices and printed using personal or professional printing services.

Following successful payment authorization, customers generally receive immediate access to their purchased files. Delivery may occur through download links, customer accounts, confirmation emails, or order confirmation pages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and accessible.

Downloaded files should be stored securely by customers. ArtoMine recommends maintaining backup copies of purchased files.

Customers are responsible for verifying that their devices, software, and printing services support the file formats provided.

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted delivery, temporary delays may occur due to payment verification requirements, technical maintenance, internet disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.
