ArtoMine specializes in digital artwork delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally limited once download access has been provided.
Customers should carefully review product descriptions, file details, licensing information, and compatibility requirements before completing a purchase.
Refund requests may be considered under circumstances such as duplicate purchases, technical delivery failures, corrupted files, or situations where the wrong product was delivered.
Customers experiencing technical difficulties should contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most delivery-related issues can be resolved quickly through customer support.
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase and include sufficient information to help us investigate the request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution and payment provider.
Refunds will generally not be provided for reasons including change of mind, accidental purchases made by the customer, failure to read product descriptions, lack of required software, or dissatisfaction with artistic style when the product delivered matches the product listing.
